Dive into the magic of Universal's Starlight Splendor Parade featuring Macy's. This parade features characters from DreamWorks' Trolls and Shrek, Illumination's Minions and Secret Life of Pets, and classic Hollywood stars. I conceptualized a visionary blue sky project for Universal Hollywood Resort with this deck. Leveraging Microsoft Excel, I developed a dynamic Dashboard to visualize key metrics and data related to the project's feasibility and potential impact. Using Canva, I crafted a visually stunning deck showcasing the park's rich history, resort developments, and original IP-based lands featured in the proposed theme park Expansion. This comprehensive presentation offers a compelling overview of the project's scope and potential, ready to captivate stakeholders and drive forward momentum.

I developed recognition initiatives for our Operation Specialists and organized an end-of-the-year awards ceremony to celebrate our business achievements. Using Microsoft Word, I compiled proposals detailing each initiative's purpose, criteria for recognition, and proposed awards. These proposals included data on employee performance metrics, testimonials, and cost estimates for awards and ceremony logistics. By presenting these proposals to senior leadership, I demonstrated our commitment to employee appreciation and provided clear plans for implementing impactful recognition programs.
This deck presentation showcased operational upgrades for the VIP Experience at Universal Orlando Resort. I conceptualized modernized tour guide wardrobe, introduced a upscale dining venue, enhanced VIP accessory branding, and refined exclusive offerings. This was presented to senior leadership, as these changes aim to elevate guest satisfaction and drive operational efficiency.
